Lindsey Graham is a dedicated paralegal known for going the extra mile to advocate for clients and their families. Her career has spanned almost two decades, beginning with her work in Mass Tort Pharmaceutical Litigation, where she oversaw thousands of product liability claims against pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Lindsey was closely involved in these cases from intake to settlement, drafting Family Settlement Agreements, preparing probate and small estate documents, and coordinating wrongful death claims with probate attorneys.
In pursuit of her goal of helping clients in a more meaningful way, Lindsey obtained her certification as a Wills and Estates Specialist from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022. She enjoys working closely with clients and commits her heart and dedication to everything she does. Lindsey strives to make a difference for people every day.
Lindsey was born and raised in Houston, Texas, which she is proud to call home. She received an Associate of Applied Science Degree from The Center for Advanced Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston–Downtown.
Raven Clark is the Executive Legal Assistant at the Patton Law Firm, where she provides essential support to the firm’s attorneys and clients. With a strong background in estate planning, probate, guardianship, Medicaid, family, and business matters, Raven brings a comprehensive understanding of the administrative processes that keep complex legal matters running smoothly.
Prior to joining the firm, Raven spent three years as an Intake and File Processing Manager at a law firm focused on estate planning and probate-related matters. In that role, she worked closely with clients from the initial intake through document processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of client service.
Her ability to combine organization with compassion allowed clients to feel supported and informed during what are often difficult and emotional circumstances.
Raven joined the Patton Law Firm to further expand her knowledge of the legal aspects of estate planning and probate while continuing to serve families when it matters most. Known for her reliability, professionalism, and team-oriented approach, she takes pride in helping create a seamless experience for clients and supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence.
